I never received my packages since november i ordered. He doesn't even wanna talk to me anymore. I lost money in this. I ordered 100 boxes of collagen powder. I will never recommand this supplier to anyone. Tbis was my worst experience ever on alibaba. the dispute isn't helping either. no tracking number available, nothing. you order with them it's on you, at your risk. never order with them. they are scam

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT! it says delivered but it was sent to the wrong house. I explained that I will be moving and it was taken care of. my package does show delivered however due to how long it took for them to ship and deliver my product to me. It was delivered to my old address. I went to the house and of course my package was no longer there, and the shipper is not replacing product.BUYER BEWARE!
